Anyone ever bought a house from HomePath?
If so, how was the process?
We're currently looking to scoop up a foreclosure bank owned property or two to rent out, was just curious how accurate the asking, offer and closing prices were to what are published? Any tips you can share with a newb at buying foreclosed properties would be a great help too! |

No idea, but I'm trying to snag the house next door to me, which has been vacant since the old lady died 3 years ago. Her daughter seems to think that the city took it over.
Is this something I could benefit from? I have no idea what HomePath is. |
