I guess it is better not to invite a Brazilian to go medieval on your ass cause...they will.

The referee was attacked and stoned by enraged spectators who quartered his body after he stabbed a player in the heat of an argument. Referee Otavio da Silva expelled player Josenir Abreu from the game, which resulted in a fist fight. It was then that da Sliva took out a knife during this fight and stabbed Abreau, who died from the stab wound on his way to the hospital.

If a fuel air bomb was dropped on a soccer stadium while at full capacity, we'd be doing the world a favor. Soccer fans make hockey fans look like little girls by comparison.

I'd say they should security check the players, coaches, staffs and refs to make sure no one is packing heat or a knife but then they would be defenseless against the fans. lol

Is this kinda stuff brewing because of all the unrest with gov in Brazil? I know Brazilians LOVE soccer but this is pretty fucking extreme.

I LOVE soccer/football but I'm not going to kill somebody over it. What the hell is going on?
