I'm Russian/Ukranian myself and immigrated to Vancouver when I was a kid.

I know most owners of Russian and Ukranian restaurants/stores here in Vancouver and looks like their business is as good as usual. Nothing really changed as much. It's mostly affecting Importers of Russian Vodka (since lots of bars - NOT all, but some) stopped serving any russian vodka.
