It's all pretty vague but there are little things coming together. The Glassdoor review hints that there is a feeling that upper management doesn't have full control over the company. Too big, too fast. Recent acquisitions are not thriving. The arrest and ongoing investigation likely scared away some potential investors and partnerships. That wasn't a part of your plan. It was unexpected. But the biggest indicator might be you being here now talking to me. A little angry. Desperate to counter any insinuation that you are in trouble. Why?

None of us know for sure but you. And time will tell too. It means little to me either way. It's not as if your contraction or fall would save the industry at this point. It would be the same thing as has happened many times before.

George is the VP in charge of maintaining Digital Playground (among other things).

Scott Justice's official title is SVP Adult Media Platform Services. He handles our non-playboy TV and DVD (read non online) services. (BTW, a small lesson to not misunderstand SVP and VP: our US corporate titles are more detailed because of expectations from MSOs to talk to certain level employees. SVP in Manwin USA/Playboy Plus is right below the President of Playboy Plus who is right below the CEO of Manwin Canada. A VP in Manwin Canada is also right below the CEO.)

Scott joined us when we decided to move our DVD line production in-house to optimize it better and increase our margins. He also helped with Digital Playground since he knew the staff and girls well, DP was mainly a DVD product when we took it over, he lived in LA, and George is based in Canada. Scott was earlier this year promoted to handle all adult non-online media services, since he does his job very well. Since DP still makes a lot of money with DVD and TV versus our other products which make more online he still is greatly involved there through his new job.

DP in general though is handled by George based on goals and planning set by Manwin's board.

A few years back, we started working with Manwin. The decision to do so was primarily based on the way I felt Nathan/Fabian/Deiter whatever was handling the huge shitstorm that was raining down on him at the time. I felt his professional demeanor and explanations of the facts were in stark contrast to the GFY mob and it actually impressed me the level of accountability he had. We have only improved that relationship over time. The people we deal with that are part of the organization are some of the most professional and courteous we work with. You obviously buy traffic, post content with them too, so you know what I am saying is true as well.

I don't think he has to respond to the mob, and I don't he does so to satisfy some ego issue, but I think it is admirable that he still is accountable and I appreciate his candor. To me, he does it to represent his company and I also think that is something you and I both can relate to. Tell me if I am wrong.
