Your inability to understand something so simple is why I doubt just about everything you say. The answer is in the article.

Somebody wanted to open a Playboy Club. They licensed the name from Playboy US, which is where a lot of Playboy's money comes from these days.

The articles aren't clear, but the guy that licensed the name and was backed by Fabian with loans. Or Fabian was behind it and had a front man.

Either way, Fabian was the money man and it has zero to do with Manwin and Playboy online.

According to Mike South though none of this is possible because Fabian is a nobody and only a Manwin front that probably makes very little money.

The much promoted Playboy Club network TV show was cancelled by NBC after only 3 episodes in 2011, and the Playboy Club at the Palms in Las Vegas closed in 2012, but I guess that didn't mean anything to an astute businessman like Fabian Thylmann.



Look at what Manwin did for Playboy Radio under Fabian Thylmann's stewardship (forced off of Sirius).

There were articles about problems on the TV side of Playboy too (financial issues, as I recall).

That is some pretty heavy duty rent. You need to gross about 8300 euros 7 days a week, just to make ends meet. Playboy is a brand which time has passed, it does'nt mean the same thing to the current generation, as it has to the last one

Interesting that Fabian would invest in a Playboy Club in Cologne of all places, since that is where his criminal tax investigation is based:

The warrant for Thylmann's arrest was issued by the District Court of Cologne, Germany. A spokeman for the prosecutor said that Thylmann's projected extradition to Cologne is open-ended at this point, and could not disclose whether there are other suspects in the investigation.

Fabian's brother Oliver is based in Cologne, so maybe that had something to do with it:
