Had similar problem with someone else recently-sent a ticket,no response,till i found how person in charge is on medical leave.I dont know for you folks but in normal world when someone is on medical leave/vacation and it works in billing department he get a replacement during that period,i mean seriously that should be most important part of company yet seems some companies just ignore it.
