The meeting he cancelled was in april 2012 and it was cancelled because he wanted to avoid the protests, not because there was any chance he was going to be arrested.

It's pretty funny though, the one guy responsible more more killing then terrorists gets to walk around free and get paid to speak and he's affraid to enter the most gentle country in the world. He's been to the middle east a 1000 times where he's responsible for the deaths of 1000's without issue.
