Let's just hope their servers don't get compromised with all that HI RES documentation. I'm sure, for your safety, all of that is downloaded locally and deleted from any server though

I'm trying to understand what the fuck you are talking about. I really am.

It's not like I'm applying for a new card here. I already had a card. I already verified who I was when I first signed up and then again when I moved to a new address. I wasn't told that I needed more sources of identification to get a replacement card until 30 days after they told me that my replacement card was being processed.
