Not a Nespresso, but a Keurig, both as good as the other. Love the Vanilla ones

Same here. Persian Kitty sent us a Keurig a few years ago. We use it every day.

I'm a big fan of the Keurig. Ive gone through more of the MyKCup refillable filters than I can count. I just don't get the flavored coffee fad. Doesn't anyone like coffee anymore? Why does it have to be Pumpkin spiced, or doused in Bailey cream flavored topping? Why can't people just enjoy a good cup of honest Joe?

heh.. Nespresso is considered what people who don't know good coffee is drink here. They sell Nespresso compatible machines for $89 near the check out lines of discount supermarkets.

I bought one for the office though a few years back when they weren't cheap after the coffee place we went to changed hands and became inconsistent and because we bought everyone in the office coffee on Mondays as a little thank you, ~$1 per Nespresso was a lot better than $4 a cup from the cafe.
I wouldn't have done it if we lived somewhere with truly great coffee like Melbourne, but it certainly competes with the coffee in my little hick town.

They're actually surprisingly good when made properly or with the right machine. Ours doesn't make them as well as my uncle's which has a separate milk frother/warmer - ours is an all in one system that makes it a bit meh even though it's more convenient.

Yuppies here have 2-5k espresso machines with their own grinders and tampers.
