its been awhile
hello ladies and gents.
i havent posted here in about 10 years so i thought id check in. i used to be pretty big pumping out tpg galleries circa 2000 - 2004. the good old days of getting a good listing on thehun for free and getting a heap of signups from it. around 2003-04 i started my 2nd life cycle of being a degenerate gambler. except this time i had a nice bankroll with plenty of porn money rolling in every week. plus i got in on the early days of online poker. i studied the game and was easily a winning player, back when the poker boom came and every joe was watching it on tv and then going online to max out the old credit card. i was cleaning up. still remember having the dual 15 inch monitors submitting galleries on left screen and playing poker on the right. sick brag. but being a life long degenerate i returned to my old ways and started leaking money, mainly in the pits at the casino and sportsbetting. but then a strange thing happened. because i hated money so much i put on a $35 sportsbet with 10 legs at 5000 to 1. and it hit for a 175K payout. that was the beginning of the end for my porn business. too lazy to update my sites, make new galleries etc, it slowly went downhill, not that i cared at the time. i went on a heater at the casino. after the 175k score in the next 3 months i won approx 300k at the casino playing table games. mostly blackjack. i was 27 years old and had close to 500K sitting in the bank. but of course i didnt stop gambling. ive always been a collector at heart and my ebay account got used heavily. i was bidding on and buying football cards, rare comics, action figures. if i had a win i would buy off ebay, always blue chip rare investment collectables. gem mint graded stuff. no cheap junk. fast forward to 2008 and im cash broke, slowly pissed it away. as it turned out it was lucky i was buying tangible items during my gambling days. it was now my only asset. 2009 ive been going out with my girl for a couple of years and we decide to buy a house. she has 30k saved up from working her to 9-5. i start selling off everything i own. id spent approx 100k on stuff. as luck would have it i realized quite a bit of the stuff i bought had appreciated a little in value. sold my trading card collection alone to one rich dude for 80k, and over the next 6 months sell everything else mostly via ebay for another 70 odd grand. back to 150grand in my account. havent gambled for 18 months. must not play, must not play. then my old man dies and a few months later after probate clears i get my inheritance, a cheque for 80k. wtf now ive got 225K in cash sitting there again. must not play, must not play. i still hadnt gambled. well by gambled i mean casino or sports betting. i am still playing online poker for pocket money, but the landscape has changed alot however still manage to be cashing out a few hundred bucks a week playing limited hours and practicing bankroll management and getting rakeback. i havent deposited onto a poker site for years. late 2010 finally bought a house, dumped all my cash on it so im not tempted. the urge to play high stakes blackjack doesnt go away. present day - have a couple of kids, am a house husband. living a pretty comfortable life. thanks for reading my life story haha ![]() |
