You can't.

And if you think you can, that means you never gave 100% in the first place, because if you did, then you wouldn't need to worry about saying you will give another 10%, because you have done your best already which would indicate 100%.

If you think you are gonna give 110%, why not 150% ?? Why not 1,000,000% ??

I wouldn't trust someone who claimed they would do something for me 110%.

So before you hit someone with that 110% bullshit the next time, have a think about it...

Most people work 9-5 and that's that. And they do a good job, put in 100%. Some people do more. I start work at 6am and work two or three hours BEFORE I officially start work and fire up Skype. I also do after hours work, and work on weekends too.

That's a bit more than 100% if you ask me.

for example, if you work 9-5, that is 100%. Now if you put in an extra 80 minutes, that's putting in 110%.

Op is talking about giving 100% of effort, meaning your absolute and theoretical maximum. No 101% is possible.

Or when you agree 100% - it is absolute maximum you can agree.

Etc etc.

It's not about situation when you earned 110% more, or when you made 110% more things or whatever.
