Do Cookies Pass Through iFrames?
If one opens new sites in iFrames do cookies still work?
I assumed they did but then spotted a site claiming that it didn't work for IE (back in 2008) http://adamyoung.net/IE-Blocking-iFrame-Cookies Thanks in advance

Yes, as far as I know the do. Even 1x1 iframe passes cookie. That is called cookie stuffing.

technically yes but browsers have techniques to do various blocks depend of settings so they can block cookies from iframes.
