Zombaio always answers my support questions within 24 hours (during working days) and have come up to date with the payouts.

I think a lot of people here need to chill and give them a chance.

Most people that complain here now are the ones who already canceled Zombaio as their billing and are waiting for final payouts and/or rebill payouts.
Zombaio probably thinks it is best to now pay the existing customers/merchants/webmasters first, so they stay and afterwards payout the webmasters that have left Zombaio and only rebill webmasters.

Well i check in on these Zombaio posts for the last few days like this tread is CNBC or some shit. I have been processing with Zombaio since 2008 so i am a Zombaio VET -- they were my solo processor until their issues in 2009 then i added a second biller. Yes i am behind a couple payments but they have always paid. Yes i enjoyed the great rates and late payments... At this point with the negativity in the air i have no choice but to move on and find a new second biller. Not because of zombaio but because this bad air is bound to have an effect on them and their services. Im owe a few 1000s and i hope i get it. but im just moving on. Im sure the ones pissing the most are the ones that used them as their solo processor. Here is some advice that i learned the hard way: Be sure to have at least two processors and try to rotate which is #1 and #2 every few months. Good luck to all and lets drive to pull new customers NOW and less on zombaio bashing -- because either way if they are to be or not to be we are powerless

Regardless of whether you are getting your money or not, it is more than apparent that Zombaio has done something shady, which has resulted in them not having webmaster's payout in a reasonable and timely manner.

Money doesn't evaporate, so if they don't have it all right now? Where is it? What happen to it? They are months behind on some people, and weeks behind on others. Their lame excuse never addressed "where is the money", what they want is time to payback, what they "stole, borrowed, used, etc....."

Why would any webmaster endorse a company, that has shown a blatant disregard for ethical and honest behavior?

So what's the point of this thread? All that's going to happen is someone is going to complain about Zombaio being late... ShowMe69 will respond and say how horrible they are, AmeliaG will come back and say how great they are and the original person who was complaining will come back a week later and say how they finally got their money (and I guess randomly Michael O and someone will trade threats in some other language) but is this actually going anywhere? Also, when you consider that one of the reasons that Zombaio are having cash flow issues is because they can no longer access fast settling acquiring partners, YOU and people like you that have been using them to process illegal content, could actually be a very big part of the problem.

I got couple of payments but nothing for past 4 weeks so problem is worsening and not improving. No body has a right to use my money on the pretext that I will be paid eventually and meanwhile should continue to bankroll thieves. I think most folks have discontinued them and as a result they have no new funds coming in to pay ourstanding dues.

There is a very simple difference between your posts and agenda and mine and that is that I want Zombaio to trade out of their problems and pay everybody what they are owed, and you want Zombaio to go out of business and for everybody to lose their money because you are mad at being closed down by them.... despite that probably being on the instructions of either visa or mastercard.

By trying to support Zombaio's efforts to recover by being more patient than I would normally be and by not constantly calling them liars, thieves and cock suckers or trying to put doubts in the mind of other people prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, I feel that I am at least giving them a chance to try and make things right.

I appreciate that even if everybody took this calmer approach it still may not be enough as the same people that got themselves into this state are unlikely to be able to get themselves out without additional specialist help or a big cash injection, but the way I look at it is that no matter what the prize or the target, a slim chance of getting something is always better than no chance.

"Only" 4 days to move money electronically to the card. You know...that is supposed to be INSTANT.

That's what really burns my ass.

They "Okey-doke" me and delay paying me. And then they have the fucking balls to pretend that the money can't be moved to my RedPass card once I FINALLY get it over to Redpass. My last "pending transfer" from Redpass to my card took 19 days! And that was after the actual payment was already behind by over a month.

They have spent the last two years blaming it on their bank (same thing they did with ACH payments...which took WEEKS to go through).
