Sigh Paxum.... you're horrible.

Why do you offer withdrawals to a credit card months after this feature is no longer available to use?

Why have I been waiting almost a month now for a card that support claims still hasn't shipped? It states in the admin that it takes 10 days to get the card. Still no card.

I try to get a wire to my bank account on file but get a message that "Withdrawing funds to a business bank account from a personal Paxum account is not possible." even though the business is my name with a dba name. You can send to either name.

So now I have to add a "personal account" which of course will take a week to verify (even though they have all the necessary id on files plus my left nut).

You're horrible.

You forgot the part where you already contacted Ruth Directly about all this to you know, first give her a chance to look into it before going public.

You did do that, right? Contacted them?

Yes I'm sure you did.

No I used their support on their site before posting this. Shouldn't their support be able to work this out?

I prefer checks over Paxum until they fix their external credit card withdrawals.

I need them for overseas sponsors that don't have payoneer and only do wire transfers. Why is paxum preferable with sponsors over payoneer or any other service? They're crap.

To me, Paxum is great, they usually reply very fast to tickets, they are very helpful, their fee are pretty low and the quality of their service is high.
I have been using them for over 2 years and never had any issue with them.

I aint tryin to bash nobody or no company, but do a search on when paxum first started. Them niggas was claiming sites use them that didn't and had no plans to, just to gain trust and interest. If that shit right there wasn't a clue about how niggas operate, I don't know what is my nigga.

If you feel you are not getting appropriate support via our ticket system please contact myself or ruth directly. Right now it would be best to contact ruth as I am traveling for the LALExpo.
Ruth's email is [email protected] mine is [email protected]

Seriously, their ticket support blows. It's taking me weeks just to get verified. Though, I will say Ruth is helping me out a bit though I despise having to skype her all the damn time just to look at some documents or ask a SIMPLE QUESTION.
