Looking for an Elevated-X friendly designer for my vintage paysite...

I'll be installing Elevated probably later this month so just wanted to start exploring options on the designer front. My plan is a ground-up rebuild of my vintage site, Deltaofvenus.com.

I don't need any major functionality changes beyond what E-X offers (at first) and am going to be handling the content transfer/posting myself - so this would mostly be some layout stuff and skinning, ideally something that I could then build off of myself later on. Looking for a designer who's creative enough to give a site personality rather than a cookie-cutter look, and find a nice balance between a clean modern style and a vintage one.

If the price is right and the project goes well, there'd be a good chance of more stuff down the road as I've got a couple other things on the backburner. Goes without saying, a designer who can hit a deadline, sticks to their quote, and has good communication is key.
