There is no doubt that those signups are originated from EXACTLY same computer. We are not going to discuss our fraud monitoring techniques with you and I am surprised that you are willing to discuss it on an industry forum.

Those IPs are Verizon Fios residential, which according to this:

Uses dynamic IP's, all he had to do was reset his router to get a new IP.

It's hilarious how clowns like this can sit there and run scam joins and then try to deny it, it's like they can't believe they're busted and want to keep pushing in the hopes that there is some doubt in your mind and they can persuade you to believe their bullshit over the hard cold data that's staring you in the face.

Good call on the refund, this is the kind of ass hat that charges back anyway.
