some are as high as 50% declines on valid visa/mastercard
 is this an industry wide issue? or moreso isolated to networks using high risk merchant accounts and/or obnoxious amounts of xsales on the cc input page? thanks in advance eternally yours, pad

Alot of free trials sites have rules set in the processing that if they do not have X money in the account then decline
