I could see someone paying around $50k for it. Its a fantastic domain name and I would say more but its changed ownership a few times which is a red flag that no one seems to have been able to make a big business out of it.

Also its spent a few years with "This site is available for sale" on it, and that Amazon stuff on it, so itll be hard to break away from that seo-wise. That area is so crazy competitive against giants like Walgreens and Vitamin Shoppe itll take a lot of money to get attention for it.

Also its pretty long and easy to make misspellings.
