Just they are not primarily an adult processor. They have a chargeback division...from hell.

They deny legitimate, return customers and pass through fraudsters. This is for physical product website.

I have to call them and alert them to money they've just pulled from our business accounts for sales of products customers have received. I e-mail them asking for help and they sic their visa compliance department on to me for a products on a site that is scanned monthly...for years...by trustwave. Totally unrelated to my query of course...and of course they never get back to me for another problem they have created. Frustrating.

They are generally nice but they are French Canadian...Need I say more?

Who are you using now? I work for a merchant processor and we have great customer support, and don't have problems like that.
