absolutely totally agree. For males. The relationship between testosterone and cholestoral is bio-chemically significant.
For Women, the jury is still out and it's better to be cautious and monitor. |

Everyone was on this egg white thing for a long time, because they've had it drilled into their heads that all cholesterol is bad -- but the best parts of the egg are in the yolk.
A lot of people didn't get the memo.

Glad to see someone on here is versed in a little bio-chem!
They still do have it drilled into their heads unfortunately. Ill keep doing my thing while they take pills to stay alive.
