absolutely totally agree. For males. The relationship between testosterone and cholestoral is bio-chemically significant.

For Women, the jury is still out and it's better to be cautious and monitor.

Everyone was on this egg white thing for a long time, because they've had it drilled into their heads that all cholesterol is bad -- but the best parts of the egg are in the yolk.

A lot of people didn't get the memo.

How come saturated fats are mandatory and essential for good health? Some short answer besides the video would be great.

And anyways, much of the fat saturation happens when food is processed. Somehow I don't see this as a essential thing for your health. Your own body produces the essential amount of cholesterol.

Eating much of that saturated fat just leaves your own body's synthesis to shut down more or less, untill your cholesterol levels starts to rise if you eat enough that saturated fat.
