So correct me if Im wrong, but when someone is reselling stolen work is a more serious offense, and the producer can get some money from it....

as opposed to finding your content on Tubes, in which case you can just be happy if it gets taken down and stays down for a few days.

Its a clear cut case, just need someone in the US to do it.

I talked with an ATTY here on the board and asked if he handled or discussed infringement cases.

I think his name is Silverstein, check some of my old posts. He seemed knowledgeable and willingly to take cases.

It depends what you want to do and what you have to show. If the stolen content gets down and you have no proof of it was on, thats not so good.

If someone selling stolen content, its a clear copyright violation case and it can be charged togedther with a loss of business and loss of income. Especially in Europe and even in the USA since a short time.
