Facebook Adult Pages

I know I can't post graphic images etc, but I wish to use facebook to promote mostly adult hard goods.

I already have many facebook accounts and business pages to promote different mainstream businesses.

My question is is there any way that if you create a business page that it shows who the facebook profile "owner" of the page is? When you create a page does it ever show in your stream.

I do not want adult in any way linked to my personal or business pages.

My other option is to create a whole new persona, set up a FB profile and from there create "adult" pages.

Thoughts... Experiences...

It doesn't show in you personal profile or stream if you don't want to, at least as far as I know. The Facebook changes rules and stuff so fast that it's hard to follow, but at least I have managed to keep those separate.

Just create a page for business and don't "like" that page and so on.

You said "I already have many facebook accounts and business pages to promote different mainstream businesses." Not sure why you would think that adult is going to be handled differently.

Don't you need to 'like' your own page to stay admin?

As soon as I saw the first response it was clear I answered my own question.

I just wanted to put up a business page. It seems I need to have a personalty too.

Now the decision is my persona going to be a guy or a girl (mostly selling adult toys).

So how long do you think it will take for a decent looking woman I create from nothing to get a bunch of friends? Will her advice be taken?

What if I use my real persona?

In honor of you, I think I just invented the new substitute teacher and sex toy aficionado Christina Lloyd!

Business pages do not have friends, they have likes. You want a business page, not another persona. Why? Because you get insights with business pages.

I have not tried that myself, but most likely. People seem to think that others can see what is on your stream; that is not accurate either.

I need to make a persona that will then own a new business page.

Can't you just make a new business page?

This way by accident it can never link to my real account and my real persona. Many I know can not accept adult.
