Small problem at 1:45pm on a Saturday, emailed CCBill customer support.... Much to my surprise I got an answer back via email in two minutes, problem resolved.

Honestly i dont see ponts of claims like this,sometime i find it annoying,simply because as it depend on what kind problem you have.If it is simple problem then you can expect fast solution,but if it just a little bit more complicated it can take several days to resolve and that applies to anyone regardless of what kind of service they provide.

I have never had an issue with the CS. 99% of the time the online chat can solve issues and the response from the account reps is within 12 hours usually. they do sleep.

The % is way too high I agree and it has cost them some people and will continue to do so.
