Yeah, I paid for a subscription with Bitcoin the other day. It was pretty neat. I'm upping an old thread because I remembered seeing it. Some charge a little more for using bitcoin and Visa or whatever.

Kind of. The spike was short lived in comparison to the current rates.

I don't know about the affiliate program, but I know Chaturbate accepts Bitcoin and offers Bitcoin as a payout option for Broadcasters. Not sure how effective this has been.

Amelia and Forrest over at Blue Blood have made it no secret they welcome Bitcoin. They're early adopters and embraced it long ago.
