Whatever they say, snapchat is used to send naked pics (sexting) and adding option to send $$ simply make it an adult cam site tool much like myfreecams.

There was stickam.com , with chatrooms full of under 18 people in cam, some of which naked (as it happens with omegle and chatroulette), but they also had paid rooms (unlike omeand and cr), so it could work like a cam site for the (whatever aged) performer to show for cash.
