This is:

- 1.5 month after they hired me
- 25 days before Christmas
- with a 5 days notice

That's exactly what I have asked them, why did you hire me, if you thought this was a ticking time bomb? I moved to Dublin from another city :/

Good luck and stay positive. When I get bad news I usually get drunk for 2 or 3 days and then clean up and head back out to conquer the world and everything is better.

I suggest you buy some cheap domains and hosting on these black friday sales. If you are a sick fucker and have some extreme fetishes just reg domains in those niches and begin with a blog or something. Write some erotic stories. Work it for a few years and you can half a decent income and will not be so reliant on employers.

Good luck, girl - there is always a reason fo everything that happens and while it may not seem clear right now - it will when you least expect it - so chin up and onward and upward - always keep a positive thought, even when it's so hard to do - look for the positives of it. Jobs are not easy to find, but things could be a great deal worse than just having to find a job - trust me on this - been there and done and still dealing with that here.

It's fucking stupid is what it is! Similar thing happened to me recently, total JOKE of a company to do that. You don't hire someone then close the department after a month lol. Best of luck in finding new work.
