AHF filed application for initiative to appear on the next statewide ballot requiring condoms and a host of other requirements, penalties, permits, record-keeping, including testing and other medical expenses to be paid by producers. Agencies and other affiliated businesses are drawn into the regulations. We might as well start making arrangements to move. I love this part...

The initiative further would subject producers to fines of up to $50,000 in civil awards for performers who have suffered economically for non-compliance. Those performers also would be entitled to bring class-action suits against similarly situated adult film performers..

so I'm thinking to start laying out fines on the dumb fucks that don't show up, show to fucked up to work, without wardrobe, no pedicure or manicure, dirty pussies etc
