Actually, there is something more...a criminal record...which is why this is still an issue that Marky Mark wants to resolve. Since the partially blind guy supports the pardon request, then I tend to support it as well. These two hate crimes, one "minor" and the other MAJOR (he was lucky to only get 45 days in jail) are simply the things he got caught doing. What about all of the other crimes he most likely did and never got caught for? Most criminals commit dozens of crimes before they get caught, that's why they take the risk.

I will still watch his movies. Personally I think he's a good actor and I like his performances. I also think he has grown, learned, and changed his ways... but that doesn't erase what he has done. Let him go through the proper protocols that anyone else would have to go through. If a "normal" person could get their record expunged under similar circumstances... then let him as well. If not, then don't let him. Simple as that.
