how to truly value a site?

I saw a thread here where someone is selling their network of sites, now it got me thinking it might be a good time to cash out of adult with my amateur gay paytubes. Is asking 2-3x yearly revenue possible? I can show upto 4 years past history, it makes like high x,xxx to xx,xxx monthly whereas a few years back it made mid xx,xxx monthly.. so its quite confusing

anyone who has sold their website in past tell me what they valued it at? bear in mind, im planning to give rebills, processor, domain, content etc

Around here most threads I remember were talking 3 to 6 months income, Buy that would be a waste of time. Different sites will make different amounts in different hands. Value would be in many other things.

the server only costs $500 a month, so its self sustaining as is traffic. of course it can be grown to make more, like it did back in 2011/12

A site is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

12 months if you got 4 years proof I think would be acceptable

In order to value a site you should take into consideration the monthly revenue and growth and analyze how long it ps been afloat for.
