Mostly, but as not everyone are always vaccinated (you don't get the shot during birth) and the vaccine is not failsafe, there will be others too.

Yes, you are absolutely right. I have my own vaccination research going on, but the trouble is that I have hard times finding tests subjects, and I can't vaccinate myself anymore, enough is enough. Yep, we can't label anyone retarded or slow anymore. Parents are much happier with "autism spectrum disorder." Plus, only a few Western countries are heavily "evaluating" their children in such ways.
