I used to love Diet Coke first thing but I have my doubts about aspartime. So I changed to Ice Latte and got a few extra pounds I don't need. Now I do green tea but it does not make the morning great at the least. Tried smoothies, water, juice, but still looking for the Holy Grail of morning drinks!

Not a morning goes by, as I drink my coffee, that I don't reflect on how much I once enjoyed a couple of fat lines and fresh grapefruit for breakfast. Now I don't do drugs and grapefruit counters the medicine I take. Rye toast and coffee sucks.

We are used to drink hot drinks in the morning. People here are very conservative about it. Usually coffee or tea (black or green) for adults and hot chocolate for kids. My wife takes a small electric kettle with her, when we are traveling to the EU countries

Yeah I been working on getting myself back into shape and have been thinking the same thing. Everything bad for you, you actually pay for. I wouldn't put anything but premium gas in my vehicle why put bad shit in your body...

When I buy a permanent house for myself I plan on doing the kitchen in stainless steel and glass with pics of engines on the wall to remind myself of this every time I go to get something to eat or drink.
