What makes a cute site??

In your opinion, what background color/ color schemes do surfers gravitate to? I always base anything I'm doing for the site with the main color hot pink, to kind of symbolize wild, sexy, and feminine pink pussy and use light blues or purples to bring the color out. BUT, that is what I like, it's probably not what surfers like. So, can anyone tell me what color schemes are more 'surfer' friendly. For an amateur site or free site.

Those colors should be fine. It brings out the feminine qualities of the site. If you are doing a hardcore/fetish site, black and red are standard, teens are generally pink, baby blue is also an option.

Make sure you don't make the pink too bright or their eyes may cross, but you sem to have picked nice combinations!

Yes I've always said the guy with his dick in one hand and CC in the other is really going to be swayed by the colour scheme.

Make sure the curtains and underwear match as well.

If the colour scheme does not do it, as a last resort I would try some cute girls getting their arses reamed.

It's an amateur site not something put together by Dior.

Thanks for your opinion. When I say hot pink, I mean like a deeper almost red. Kind of like the color of a really hot lipstick.
I forget the name or code for it. It's on the chart though.
Come to think of it, I do see alot of black and red fetish sites.
So, I'll probably stick with the pink and match around that. I was worried that it would come out looking more like a 'Barney's' site than a porn site. (Yellow, pink, baby blue, etc...) I definitely want the surfers to feel comfortable and calm, yet horny while they are there.
Thanks again!

Charly, Lol. Okay I hear what you are saying, but I just wanted to know, because I'm sure hot pink is a big difference from bright orange and pink polka dots, you know?

And I wanted to know like do the surfers get turned on or off by pink and other 'girlsy' colors? While I might think they symbolizes feminine sex sluts and pink pussy, at first glance, a tough rock hard surfer might think he's at a page for makeup or something and run far the other way. That's all.

If you got a babe looking at you saying "Come here and stick it to me"

Who notices the colour scheme, concentrate on the hardest thing first, the right girls.

A hint.

(Yes I know they are mine!! Just easy to find.)

Color scheme is something usually only webmasters care about. I have yet to hear a surfer complain about a site's color scheme.

Some of the most successful free sites and pay sites are really nothing to look at design-wise.

Who would have thought a yellow background with black letters would attract the most surfers?

Color absolutely plays a part, it's one of the psychological factors that can make or break conversions.

The hoards of free shit on that site don't have a thing to do with why there are so many surfers who like it.

Color means something to people who don't want to put out a bunch of crap sites and people who care if you took the time to make something that's appealing. Why else would the big sites take so much time and money to design something interesting. If a piece of crap site sells just as well, then why bother.

I've mentioned that tendece changes from dark and black to lighter colours (light blue, white etc)/ I have both light soft colours and black colours and in both ratio is nearely the same. So I think whatever you do you will find your consumer

1) learn how to use the quote feature.

2) even crap can sell if marketed correctly. However, I'm not talking about crap. I'm talking about content. Good, fresh content will sell your site if you market correctly, and have a good presentation. A white background with black lettering and no fancy graphics will sell great if you have the content to back it up.

3) The big sites spend a lot of money on designers because they are professionals, and need to maintain a professional image to other webmasters who push their product.
