Let's say I am a German person in Germany, and I may not be speaking English very well. How important would you say it may be, for a website like this to be 100% in German, instead of English? I mean, everybody probably understands what it says, as English is an international language, and it is very common, and also people understand what this is about, in general, even without text, but how would you say important this may be?

There is probably a lot of programs, and ways to do it too, but something like this can be tested with up to 10 different varitations of the landing page, and each version can be presented to, lets say 100,000 people. Then amount of sign ups and what they do is all stored in a database.

I would say that translating this page to all languages, and geo targetting is at least worth paying for it, but I am not sure. What other things would be important with this?

There must be a lot of good reasons why de.sex.com started doing something like this.

Why not setup your own dating site, which automatically detects geo and therefore language?

If needed you can have additional languages in specific languages on landing pages which you can generate in 3 clicks and you will be able to track them, use google analytics etc etc
