The ones in Syria are anti Syrian Baathist Militias and Islamic Fundamentalists -- truly a marriage of convenience.

Just a bunch of crazy ragheads that their respective governments have produced. So yeah, like rabid dogs -- they are to be eliminated.

they are, just air power has limits. u saying US troops should occupy syria?

fact is we already kicked their asses in 2008 when they were al qaeda in iraq. they cut & run to syria, where they renamed & rebuilt. so if we kick their asses again, they will just run again, rename, rebuild, repeat. at some point the hometown crowd has to clean up their neighborhoods.
