I really love what you're doing with the animation. The characters have personality.
But I've always thought your lighting and rendering could be better. What engine are you using and what kind of lighting setup do you use?

very niche in deed Ray... too niche some fear ;]
____________ hey bronco, glad you like the progress so far... as animation is becoming easier, i can now start to focus on the character acting, make it more entertaining and funny. but that darn lighting is still doing my head in. after animating a scene for a few days, there is no energy left for lighting. there is no particular lighting setup... it's all over the place... 4-5 spot lights and a handful of point lights for the candles. the rendering is just Poser's FireFly engine... it's not too bad, but it ain't no Renderman. |
