As an American ya get choice, at least we as individuals can choose what products and services to buy.
Its not necessarily fuck the french, and you can bet a good number of french peeps stopped buying american product years ago! Ya can't blame the French people cause Chirac is in it's position due to the fact that they are getting Iraqi oil in the "Oil for food" program. THey are benefactors to starving Iraqi poeple even longer. Iraq will roll over as fast (Faster) as afghanistan but quite honestly I am not so sure Iraq deserves the attention its getting when there is a drunk Korean with Nukes goin nuts in North Korea.

One of the best ways to hurt france is to simply not travel there anymore. I heard this year tourism to france was down like 20%. Next year it should be down like 50%

The list isn't accurate, just because a company has HQ outside the US, it doesn't make it foreign owned. Companies trade overseas all the time, to save money.
Just as a lot of Star Wars was filmed in Australia, New Zealand and Canada... it's good business to do things overseas. Doesn't make those parts of the film, foreign owned. |

Face it France is on the Veto only because they are getting Iraqi Oil. Its bottom line action nothing else.
French are getting tons of oil literally dirt cheap, below market price Barrels of oil. So of course there decision is logical. I hate Bush, I suspect that his presidency is a hi-jacking of the American government, but none the less Saddam must go, if he gave a damn about his people he would have stepped down after the first black eye. Infact they should have removed em in the cease fire agreement, but like all family members of the Bush family... They inherently fail in what really counts. Oh any American ever go to France? Then ya know how they treat us when we visit.. SO pay back is a bitch and France has had enough of the American Economic tit in my opinion.
