Also, is there any truth to the claim that the LOW labor force participation rate is due to the record number of Americans retiring?

I think that's mostly true, but what do I know? It's conservatives that know everything. They seem to do a great job at making messes democrats need to clean up, but they have all the answers for some strange reason.
