Camera questions
Im retiring my old Nikon D100 and getting a D750. Anyone use this camera?
I have several high end lenses (70-210 F2.8 APO, 50mm prime f1.4) from my film days I believe they will work with this camera albeit in manual mode only) I shoot in manual mode almost exclusively so im not much interested in presets and what not I am interested in knowing how my older lenses will perform (vignetting etc.) and auto focus situations and anyones experience with this camera...I should have it fri or monday TIA y'all

If you want optimum performance from the camera, get a new lens, that is made for today's specs

OK answering my own question here but someday someone may search it.
Even though my lenses were pre-digital (film lenses) they were CPU Lenses (90s era) and because they were film lenses (Full Frame) and CPU they work perfectly with the D750 THIS IS WHY I LIKE NIKON! My 70-210 F2.8 APO works just as well as a brand new one, ditto the 50mm prime F1.4, even the SB800 speedlight is a perfect match.... Pre CPU Nikon lenses will also work but only in Aperture priority and Manual modes
