Well, for one I imagine there will be strict new policies on time spent at the gun range for shooting practice.

You can't run a gang in 2015 like that. Guys need to be able to shoot straight.

I know cops were already at the scene (outside the bar), but wasn't all of the shooting inside? And if so, wouldn't a cop be justified to use his weapon if outlaw bikers are shooting?

the latest accounts purport that the shooting erupted outside, with only 1 shot fired by a biker on the patio. the reports claim there is a video supporting this.

not saying this is accurate, but it is a different accounting of events from the official story

When the restaurant refused to ban the Confederation of Clubs, police stationed at least 22 cops including ten Swat officers from the Waco P.D. and the Texas Department of Public Safety in the parking lot outside the restaurant. They did not station either uniformed or plain clothes officers in the restaurant.

The shove in the bathroom became a scuffle in the restaurant. When about 30 Bandidos, Cossacks, Scimitars and other bikers spilled into the parking between the Twin peaks and the Don Carlos Mexican restaurant next door, the police were waiting for them. The scuffle became a knife fight and several men were stabbed. When one of the combatants produced a gun the Swat team opened fire with automatic weapons. Multiple sources have told The Aging Rebel that all of the dead were killed by police.

911 caller heard shots before cops even arrived. So even if the dead bikers were all shot by cops, it is legitimate since those bikers were shooting other bikers first. (assuming the dead bikers were also shooters).

Just because the bikers were shooting at other bikers, and may not have been shooting at cops, doesn't mean the cops can't shoot at the bikers.

Well nothing happened the last time law enforcement killed a bunch of people in Waco Texas. I know one thing, I would never live there!

there are at least 2 claims that some killed/injured by gunfire were not part of the melee. the restaurant was a biker destination and had bike nights etc, the claim is these guys weren't there as a part of the meeting.

There is so much bullshit coming out about that event; it will definitely be interesting to see what the autopsies reveal.

I read the staff has been fired, they had been warned about what they were doing. Most places don't allow cuts to be warn

So the cops know about the meeting and they set up outside just in case something goes wrong but nobody has a body cam or even a dash cam running?

shocker!

i'm also wondering where this formal request is, the one made by the cops, they claim, to have twin peaks not allow the event. certainly if they were so concerned they stationed dozens of cops/swat there, there would be a paper trail of an official request like that.

So, as the most victims are from 'Cossacs' gang and it was the police who stationed near the scene and opened the fire, we may make an assumption that this rival 'Bandidos' gang is, in fact, largely pigs' undercover agents and snitches. Pigs just got 'it's dangerous' signal fro the inside, come to save their collegues and opened deadly fire.

The restaurant chain said no such request was made (at least from secondary reports I read which have all seemed to contradict the initial reports).

I said at the start of this, that I bet the cops shot them all. It makes no sense that 170 bikers would willingly be arrested if they had just killed people in a gun fight. They would have turned the guns on the cops and tried to get away.

I'm betting they were duking it out, the cops got scared of the number of bikers and started shooting.

Nothing will happen. The will be a lot of saber rattling in the news but at the end of the day, the event will be pushed to the back burner and forgotten as soon as possible.

Hopefully suspended or fired.

Only 9 bikers killed? That is disgraceful. A good cop would have been able to bag 10 or more of these parasites and still had time to go back into the diner for a coffee.

Cops were on the scene before any shooting began.

there were more than outlaw bikers at that restaurant the cops were shooting into. there were non-outlaw bikers, there were patrons dining, both outside and inside that were not even bikers, and all the employees.
