Two tweets a day.... $80.
Tweet takes max five minutes so....140 minutes. Lets err on the side of extra high quality tweets.
180 minutes. That is three hours for the division handicapped. lets call it $27 per hour. Not too shabby inntodays economy.

They might have an API that you can feed your data into, not sure, have not looked into it, but there are other similar services out there.

Edit: I'm looking now, it does indeed look like they have a feed feature. I don't know if you'll be able to customize it to your needs or not, but worth a look.
