So with all the HD mobile phone cameras and whistleblowers there should be daily evidence or whats the case?

Valid point. We capture nearly everything on video these days - everyone always has a video camera on them - and you would think there would be a huge increase in UFO videos.... Yet there isn't.

Having said that...I'm of the belief that people are seeing secret military craft. Which is why the govt. tries to discredit any sitings.

I see up to 10's of them flying by night at the same time. They even have green and red sidelights to denote their flight direction

That's because its true. People who believe that funny looking lights in the sky can only be beings from another planet, are crazy. They refuse to accept plenty of evidence that contradict their own beliefs, and assume that the "evidence" is some kind of plot to discredit them. They are crazy.

What's "up", is that there are no true flying saucers. There are no aliens visiting us, there was no space ship that crashed in Roswell, nothing at all.

There is hundreds of daily signing's, I assume most of them or damn near all, are drones, planes, test planes or ships, or a natural phenomenon . That being said, there are a few instance, like that Chinese flight where the hole plane saw a space ship the size of 6 football fields, but who knows.

6 football fields is quite big. You can see even the international space station from Earth (unless it is cloudy), not to mention something that is as big as 6 football fields.

Ok. I'll admit I'm a SCiFi fan... so I like the whole UFO idea. Yet I'm also a skeptic... so not convinced. But to return to the original question, and also in my "sceptic mode" ;-) : Let's face it, even if there was a real sighting of an UFO, the wobbly, out-of-focus, amateur shot or recording would not convince us with the whole gamut of quasi- documentary fiction, and our subconscious so used to Hollywood production standards, that I'd almost assert a REAL extraterrestrial could be walking down the street and most people would only real their eyes assuming another juvenile on his way to a cosplay event.

Has anyone ever tried to capture even a plane at night on a camera in the city?

Well I have and its fucking tough. Same with the other. Using a dedicated higher end consumer hd cam. Couldn't pull focus on the lights due to pollution.

In short, it ain't easy.

Yeah, now that everyone has an HD camera and video with them ... suddenly we have next to no Bigfoot sightings, no ufo sightings, no ghosts etc.

The Soviet Union once officially allowed journalists to report on UFOs and had to shut that down quickly as journalists across the country began reporting and describing in detail "UFO sightings" which were almost always weapons/flight/missile tests.

I was speaking about the kind of media you referred. Not that much about UFOs in mainstream media. Something now and then, but the problem is that there is not that much to make news about; other than "fairytales". Most news are more like; "UK ufo archive opened to public." or something like that. Something that can be confirmed. But also few UFO sighting news now and then, maybe once in a year.

My point you didn't like about; was that there are shit loads of governments, countries, people, etc. around the world. So, unless you claim that all governments are in this "making UFO sighting people to look like crazy", etc., it is not that good argument. So, in over-simplified; my point was, that even if your country is similar to North-Korea or something like that, not all countries are.

Lets get this even more simple: some UFO hiding would require worldwide efforts from governments and all sorts of entities.

My second point was that there is not that much about UFOs worldwide, in the news I mean. So, the conclusion is pretty much that there either is succesful worldwide joint effort to hide UFOs, or there is not that much to make news about. You know, as merely UFO is not a news. "We saw something we didn't identify. Call the press!"

Well, not a big deal. I'm a skeptic but I won't close the door on the unknown because one thing I'm certain of is that we don't know everything that is knowable. I would say that seeing how most govt.'s keep all the UFO data as classified for decades...and then only release it in redacted form (lots of stuff blanked out) only leads to more speculation on people's parts.

I can't blame people for questioning it. If there's one thing I've learned about history: Govt.'s are always lying to the citizens about something.

There are also a couple of cases I saw on History Channel that documented both Pres. Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan seeing UFO's earlier in their lives.

I knows. And no, nobody saw anything that was Extraterrestrial. Whatever anyone ever sees, anywhere, any time, in all of history, has always and forever been terrestrial. The only extra terrestrial things anyone would have seen were still natural, such as the moon, venus, comments, asteroids, meteors, super novas, etc. Even illusions.

I try to give this show a chance, but the host of the show (I never remember his name) can't ask a tough question to save his life. Then again maybe doesn't want to. But the thing is, that unless it is sighting made by army or some other similar government's entity, government isn't the only one that knows about it. For example; if I would see UFO, I wouldn't pick up government hotline to tell about my sighting. Though I could call to police, but what they can do, unless I live in North Korea or something?

Aviation makes quite much UFO sightings; so if governments want to hide something, it is quite extensive job. For example German airline, Italian crew, plane leased from Switzerland, pilot is from Belgium, co-pilot from Germany; they make UFO sighting over France and report it to French air control. Who hides and what and from who?
