After putting some info, they want me to pay 99 euros. Once payment will be processed you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. They give visa or they give visa and invite to study there and do something, I don't understand it. So what you know? What you can say?

They sell hopes and dreams to desperate people, and then crushes those hopes and dreams when the people find out they got scammed or at the very least, the information OV provided can easily be obtained from google for free.
