But I detest any form of censorship. There are so many things the Indian government could do to improve the lifes of their citizens. Banning adult websites should be one of their least important concerns.

But other governments have similar tendencies, look for example to the United Kingdom.

The most ridiculous part is the last paragraph on page 17: "[...] The contents of this letter may kindly kept confidential". They want to cover their tracks. Hopefully the Indian press, the Indian public and forums like this will prevent politicians from secretly scheming to take away freedom in any form.

The sites are looks like the bookmarks of somebody who decide to ban them all. May be some minister forward his bookmark list to authorities.
