You want to pay less than minimum wage for a highly skilled person for near full time work? Your budget pretty much covers 7 hours a week for someone even close to highly skilled. You might want to revise your strategy and budget.

Ask yourself, would you be okay with being paid that, for that kind of work?

This is even more than AVERAGE (not minimum) wage of some European union countries.

Seriously how ignorant you must be to take international position and claim it as not enough wage from one country's wages perspective?
