Do you like visit sites with popups? Concerning the user experience, you should not show too many popups.

you should have infinite amounts of pop ups cause they are cool

Anyone remember that website you went to that no mater how fast you closed the popups more would pop up till you hit ctrl-alt-delete and killed your browser.. that was a fun link to send to all your friends and family

but seriously anything over one pop up is annoying and I'd never come back to that website
