Yes its Chaturbates ad network, i am using it for 4 months now on my tubes. All i can say is it was one of the best decisions to switch from juicy to exotic ;)

Advertisers are now able to limit the maximum spent on a daily basis. Banners implementing the limit will be evenly spaced out through the day!

My average T1 rate is 0.09 - 0.17 which is pretty good at all.
