Most of the time we spoke he slurred his words so badly I could barely understand him and his wife was most definitely high on something. Her mug shots look like she’s got a bad meth problem.

I will post his name shortly if he does not come through, I will be very surprised if he does. Lesson learned : Never do business with desperate, broke substance abusers. They will screw you in the end for their short term gain.
