If you're in Tampa I'll give you my CPA's info. She's great! When I interviewed her I asked what 2+2 was. Her answer, "What do YOU want it to be?" -- I hired her immediately.

That is a funny answer.

Nevada and California presence would be ideal, although I'm not sure how much that aspect matters.
