It's up to Chaturbate if they choose to enforce their own rules or not. Clearly, they are not at the moment. OF is not known as a live streaming platform, so that's likely why they currently allow links to OF.

There are many laws on books around the world which are not enforced by governments.

The problem was that the model was offline, and she was streaming a pre-recorded video promoting her VIP onlyfans

I just assumed that an affiliate is an extension of a company and would try to keep track of those things, but it seems my assumption was out of place.

I noticed that people post on these threads about things inside chaturbate like an onlyfans link or some model doing a banner but if the site is having a technical issue, why isn't that of the same caliber of attention?
