As always, no problems here with the payment, is already on my bank account :thumbsup
|
Got the email yesterday, expect the money tomorrow. It almost always takes 2-3 days for me.

Having the lowest start to a period since 2016!
Funny how multiple regular spenders just all stopped spending at the same time. That and losing my top whales last year and only getting a copy and paste response from support. Yeah I'm done with chaturbate. Not wasting 2024 on them. |

and my daily payout currently disabled...

oh no they are a couple of days late with their payment, even though they paid me on time for the past 9 years. is the world ending?
no, they just late. they paid me 2 days ago by the way, but maybe im special |
I checked and actually received an email saying they are holding the payment until i provide ID. Guess i better provide it then:
As you have not provided identification for the payee on file for your account your payments have been held. Visit https://blahblah/ to submit ID for the payee, and contact the support team once ID has been submitted. Thank you, The Chaturbate Team |
I received mine on time without any issues
|
Thank you, guys, for your comments. :) I've emailed support and will update you once I receive a response.
|
mine did not make it yet but support assured me it's on the way. first time it has taken this long but they have a great record so i am not real concerned.
yet. |
I got my last two payments surprisingly early, on December 17 and January 2, respectively, without any issues. Stats are not so good, though. There has been a slow downhill trend for the past two years, but I believe there are rational reasons for this.
|
Last period good, this period going well. Got payment email today, it'll be in the bank shortly.

Same here, I got the regular ach payment email in early Jan and was surprised payment didn't come within 2 days. Then today got the same payment email again, never had that happen. I'm guessing there must have been a problem with the batch ach payments and they are reprocessing them. I'm expecting mine to hit my account tomorrow. |
NO paid(PAXUM)
NO payment email,
NO paid(PAXUM)!:( |

CB did not emailed me to submitted ID...
They haven't replied to my two emails about payment. |
I got mine on the 2nd, seemed early. Maybe some beginning of the year payroll stuff is going on?
They aren't going to steal your money, though.. |
This is getting out of hand
Guys,
Have you had any success getting responses from the support? I wrote to them 14 days ago and have yet to get a response. That was a common problem but they kind of worked on it and started to get back to the affiliates faster but this is ridiculous. I know a whale of mine was taken, I see him daily but he is spending under a new username... Recently I upped my chaturbate clicks with like 100% to test some new traffic but I`ll probably have to go to CamSoda and Stripchat again. A lot of people here defending CB but when other have dedicated affiliate managers trying to make your life easier and CB just ignores you ( I have referred like 60 000 people to them through the years ) it`s starting to get a bit annoying. Cheers |

Since you've mentioned emailing support dozens of times in this thread, my guess is support got tired of you continually asking them to look into spenders and aren't prioritizing your tickets anymore. |
CB stopped carrying many years ago about their affiliates, the only ones defending CB are the ones who have been promoting them for 10 years
|
Simply unprofessional behavior by chaturbate. Just not transferring the money and only mentioning, upon inquiry, that they need an ID. In my opinion, it reflects poor management.
|
CB has always replied to me, a few days on average. I mean you're all getting paid maybe a few days late this time, chill. It would be nice if they had a presence on here but then they'd have to listen to us all complain about the same things endlessly.

I noticed daily payment wasn't available, apparently I missed the deadline for ID verification, I didn't receive no email or request until a notification appeared in the admin area. Check if need to provide ID - https://chaturbate.com/identity/ |

OK let me start 1 - I have referred 63500 + people so I have been with them for quite some time 2 - They have returned like 21 people after my messages ( I message them every 3-6 months to check upon missing referrals ) 3 - I know a few specific people`s IP`s and I see them frequent my website on a daily basis, the same as before, and I am like 99,9% certain they don't continue looking about cam girls' ratings without spending a single $ on them 4 - I have been to the last 4 big Cam summits and overall Chaturbate support is going down the drain (according to multiple sources) 5 - Do you think it's normal for their biggest competitors to have dedicated affiliate managers and for them not to respond for days? 6 - What about allowing models to be affiliates themselves? Giving them an easy way to create aff links to share with followers? What about allowing models to put overlays on their cam streams linking to OF? 7 - Haven't you seen screenshots of girls asking whales to logout and create new accounts under their link so "I can get 20% more of your tips honey" Regards |

Once again, why can their biggest competitors have dedicated affiliate managers, and they take days (and sometimes weeks) to respond? They stopped caring... and I know this inside out they care more for the models than the affiliates nowadays... We should have never had to deal with stolen spenders. They should have their system made so that registering a new account with same Name, Address, Payment method etc is directly connected to the affiliate that previously referred him |

But they can also say: The spender didn't make another account, and keep the spender for themself... |
I just asked them to make the payment on time (paxum), but they have been delaying for too long this time. I haven't heard back in almost 7 days, I don't know what happened to them. This is too abnormal! There is no official feedback at all!
|
So are people having issues getting paid now with CB?

You've referred thousands of members so you're getting at least hundreds of hits a day to your site, and didn't provide any evidence how you can you tie an ip address to a spender, just simply a hunch on your part. Your % of knowing that would be far less than 1%, you have zero proof. The fact that you're routinely sending message to support asking them to look through your spenders is why they are now ignoring you. Can you imagine if every affiliate did that? Its simply not something they should have to do or capable of doing for every affiliate, especially since they've taken many steps to try and prevent affiliates losing spenders. I've been promoting cams for 25 years and promoted dozens of programs and CB is the first cam affiliate program I've ever encountered that has "returned a spender" to an affiliate. Every single cam program has models that have the ability to take a spender "off platform" and try to monetize them by cutting the affiliate out, it just something that's part of the biz. Having said that, I think CB would admit now that they screwed up by allowing models to be affiliates and promote that directly on their cams and bio and didn't react quick enough to shut it off. I just glanced at my top ten spenders all time and they've all spent over 50k with the top at 125k and only 3 of the top 10 are still active. I don't whine about it, spenders stop spending at some point, its just what happens for a myriad of reasons. Why do you think you need a dedicated affiliate manager? I've been with CB 10 years and needed support twice. I guarantee you that no affiliate manager is going to want to hear you constantly complain about thinking you've lost spenders and requesting they look into your account. If you still think CB has leaks and is costing you spenders, then simply promote another program, there are at least a half a dozen other options. |

A spender signing up via a different affiliate link or white label and using a different payment method will often not be tracked back to the original affiliate. Try going to another program and then requesting their affiliate manager look into your account because you suspect some spenders have been stolen. Not only will they not do anything, but if you keep it up, they will simply ban you from the program. Back in the day on gfy, I saw plenty of affiliates get their accounts banned because they came to the board and suggested a program was intentionally stealing from them without proof. |

you got paid(paxum)? they haven't answered my email yet! |
I had problems to verify my account. Because it wouldn't accept my ugly face, the photos were blurry. But the ID was fine.
So I did try to repeat the process several times and gave up. Sent them a mail about it but did never hear back from them. Now, several months later they sent me ~8 wire-transfers. This was just a couple of days ago. |
